Hospitality / Courtesy Desk

Nepalese are well known for their hospitality, and with this advantage, IID wants to make your stay in Nepal memorable. At IID, we wish to make our Boot Camps the most successful, the most cost effective and also the most enjoyable as well.

When visiting a new country away from home, there is nothing like a bit of care and hand holding to make you feel comfortable. If you can somehow be made aware of all possible risks and pitfalls, you can relax and enjoy the best the country has to offer.

With this in mind, we have created a Hospitality/Courtesy Desk in the Training Centre. The Desk is manned by trained and experienced personnel who are available to assist and advise you to make your stay, enjoyable and safe.

The Hospitality Desk is available for assistance:

• Assistance for Boot Camp Certification Courses
• Queries about Nepali cuisine.
• Advising about tourist places in and around Pokhara.
• Advising about eating out and shopping.
• Flight / Bus availability and reservations.
• Facilitating foreign exchange conversion.
• Facility of sports Club
• Advising about Annapurna Trek, Lumbini (the Buddha’s Birth Place) and other tourist places in Nepal
• Organizing and facilitating dinners and evenings-out on Fridays and Saturdays.
• Visits to church/temples on Sunday morning.
• Assisting in learning and practicing Yoga.*
• For Friday and Saturday evenings, the Hospitality Desk organizes visits to some of the best restaurants / pubs / discotheques. The places are chosen keeping in mind the interests of the students.*
• The Hospitality Desk offers several packaged tours like trekking to Annapurna Base Camp and Ghorepani, Nature Hiking at Pokhara and Kathmandu, Rafting at Trishuli and Sunkoshi, Bungi Jump etc.*
• Arranging SIM, mobile phone, laptop, etc.*

Our basic aim of creating this desk is only to make your stay comfortable and memorable one.
